Location was great for our visit and onsite car park is very handy when visiting with young children. Room was spacious, modern, clean and had a good view, the little fridge was very handy too! It was great we were able to get an early check in so could use the pool facitities on arrival Good choice of food at breakfast and wasnt busy when we visited Staff were friendly and helpful Good value for money with two young children Great leisure facilities - we used the pool 3 times which was nice.

My 3 children and I stayed one night, sadly couldnt stay longer, and had such a peaceful and relaxing evening with a fabulous, hearty breakfast in the morning. All very fresh and pretty much every taste catered for. We couldnt get booked into use the spa/pool until just after check-out time as it was busy but im very pleased to say this wasnt a problem for the hotel staff at all. The hotel was beautifully decorated, every inch was clean. Beds were very comfy, towels fluffy, the heating in the room was easy to control. Hot shower even for the last in line (me)! The room service was super quick, had a very tasty pizza and noodles, service with a smile and incredibly hospitable - all the staff were lovely - typical salt of the earth Glaswegians! I will certainly book again the next time my family and I have an overnight trip to Glasgow 💕

The staff were exceptionally lovely, friendly, helpful, and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel's breakfast is plentiful and delicious, offering a fantastic start to the day. The property also features a well-maintained pool and gym, providing great options for relaxation or exercise. Although the hotel is about a 15-minute walk from the main shops, its location strikes a perfect balance—close enough to Glasgow's main attractions without being in the midst of the hustle and bustle.

Comfortable family-friendly hotel with decent facilities. Pool available until 9.30pm though under 16s have to leave at 7pm Quite unfortunate but acceptable. Staff are very helpful, friendly and professional. Breakfast buffet is very popular however staff handle large numbers very efficiently and without putting any pressure on staff. Special mention to Rhoda (a great supervisor), Jim (a wonderful chef) and Ange (a fantastic member of the team). Also Lazarus who over several visits is always friendly, helpful and has a great personality. Overall it's a the cumulative impact of all the teams working together to make your stay memorable.

The service was as good as ever, we have stayed here several times now for an annual event that we attend, we always have breakfast in bed as it is usually a late night and as I have mobility issues it makes eating first thing in the morning a more enjoyable experience. The breakfast came in a timely manner was presented well and everything we requested was there. The hospitality staff member from Columbia was friendly, chatty and very personable, 5 star.

Decor was beautiful, all looked brand new. Staff were excellent, polite and swift in response to any queries. TV in the room initially didn't work which you needed to find out about the hotel, pool, food, spa etc., (booklet would be more helpful) but we got it working with help. Breakfast and food in the bar for lunch was delicious.

Very clean, spacious, modern room, huge TV, aesthetically pleasing . The double beds are very big and so comfortable! The bathroom is big , clean, modern. plenty of parking for cars underground . has EV charging point in carpark which is convenient also. The wellness area very clean , easy access, pool size good. All the restaurants, takeaway only a short distant walk away. Breakfast buffet had pretty much everything u can and want to eat so just ideal.

To tell the truth ? Hilton hotel in Glasgow centre is amazing place and nice view anybody can be surprised with it at the first time to visit Plus good services to enjoyed ? Such as Good food and arrived on time, nice breakfast, amazing activities —Gym sport after swimming available. In total feedback: Hilton Hotel in Glasgow Centre is very special place to stay or as your vacation place to relaxing.
